Park Rules and Safety

•Park open during sunlight hours only during the off-season. Gates are locked at sunset except for banquets.

•Enter at your own risk.

•No diving.

•No working on vehicles in the park

•No microphones or amplified speech.

•Commercial photography is prohibited.

•No bare feet on Boardwalk or inside any buildings.

•Guests are responsible for the safe anchoring of any umbrellas or other shelters.

•No organized events are allowed without prior approval. 

•Do not feed the birds or other wildlife.

•No swimming except in designated areas during the summer season.

•The park management is not responsible for vehicles or their contents. 

•Please avoid playing loud music or music that may disturb other guests. 

•Throwing of toys or any objects is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

•Park and attractions may close with inclement weather or other threat.

•No tents, umbrellas, or other items should impede the lifeguards’ view.

•Any tent, umbrella, etc., must be safely secured.

•No delivery of food or beverages by outside restaurants or caterers.

•No soliciting.

•No vehicles, bikes, skateboards, scooters, etc. are allowed on the beach or Boardwalk.

•No dogs or pets are permitted at any time.

•No alcoholic beverages.

•No refunds.

•No re-admittance to parking lot.

•No weapons.

•No student driving

•No fishing.

•No littering.

•No glass anywhere in the park.

•No grills, open flames, or fireworks.

•No drones, remote control vehicles, or motorized toys.

•No unregistered motor vehicles.

•No launching of any boats or watercraft.

•Video surveillance is used for added safety.
